About Our Marketing Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to help shape and lead our brand, campaigns, and customer outreach strategies.

This role will require the strategic delegation and coordination of digital marketing channels and campaigns for a portfolio of venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing advertising strategies to align with sales targets.
  • Effectively highlighting the key features and benefits of products and services.
  • Managing the execution of advertising projects within set timelines.
  • Contributing to business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, goals, and initiatives.
  • Offering guidance on various aspects of marketing, including advertising, promotions and sales techniques.
  • Tracking the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies with strong financial acumen.
  • Technical marketing and sales skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting skills.
  • A strong understanding of how social media works in the context of marketing and the ability to drive social media and digital marketing.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask various responsibilities and projects.
  • Proven experience in customer and market research.
