Technology Infrastructure Specialist

This role encompasses a range of Infrastructure Support responsibilities within an internal client environment across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support internal infrastructure systems.
- Provide ongoing support, level 1/2 technical assistance, and server support for BAU, backup, and troubleshooting purposes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years' experience in supporting Server and desktop environments, hardware, network peripherals, mobile devices, TCP/IP, networking, and information system security principles.
- A solid understanding of how communications networks function, with a focus on Cisco technology.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange servers, and other related technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-management capabilities and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
