Job Overview

The Head of IT Operations and Service Delivery plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic and operational planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of enterprise IT infrastructure, operational services, and systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all IT operations, including network architecture, security, hardware, software, and National IT Service Desk.
  • Drive the strategic infrastructure direction and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Implement and sustain infrastructure and platforms across hybrid Azure cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Promote technology strategies that drive innovation and align with business goals.
  • Develop scalable and resilient IT processes and frameworks to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor IT performance and KPIs to drive continuous process and service improvements.
  • Maintain IT security controls and data protection measures.
  • Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies, infrastructure modernisation, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
