Infrastructure Support Specialist

The role of the Infrastructure Support Specialist is to provide a range of support activities within an internal client environment. The specialist will be responsible for ongoing support, level 1/2 technical support and some server support – BAU, backup and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support internal infrastructure
  • Work with children checks will be required prior commencement
  • Supporting schools around the Adelaide Hills Regions – Mt. Barker – Mannum
  • Ongoing support, level 1/2 technical support and some server support – BAU, backup and troubleshooting

We are seeking candidates with skills and experience commensurate as an Infrastructure Support Officer and experience in the below technologies:

  • Server and desktop environment, (hardware, network peripherals, mobile devices etc.)
  • TCP/IP, networking, and information system security principles
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange servers

Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be self-managed and able to work with minimal supervision.
