Workshop Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our team in a busy workshop environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent mechanical skills, a sound knowledge of automotive principles and a current driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the fitting of aftermarket accessories to 4WD vehicles and manage a team of fitters.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner with respect for customers' vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the retail and fleet team to meet customer expectations.
  • Organise regular skill training and attend local shows as required.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Highly developed supervisory skills.
  • Well-developed automotive fitting and/or mechanical skills.
  • Great attention to detail and strong customer service ethic.
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with a drive to grow and develop within the business.

Schedule and Benefits:

8 hour shift, day shift, overtime available. Overtime pay and penalty rates apply.
