Job Title: Demand Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Demand Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating communications on managing abnormal demand and supply shortages for all products across all customers with Account Managers, ISPs, and Supply Chain Planners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Centrally coordinate communications on managing abnormal demand and supply shortages for all products across all customers.
  • Develop processes and structure for automating data sourcing and reporting.
  • Conduct data cleansing and maintenance activities.
  • Analyze patterns, trends, anomalies, and root causes from multiple data sources.
  • Foster collaboration between teams to resolve demand and supply imbalances.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the entire supply chain and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have advanced analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and confidence in decision-making. You should also be able to lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels and drive outcomes. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, developed knowledge of SAP/APO, and advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI.

What We Offer:
