Lift Truck Specialists is a family-owned business, proudly operating since 2004 from our state-of-the-art facility in Wendouree. We specialize in forklift sales, hire and servicing, supporting a growing customer base across Victoria.

The Role

Due to continued company growth, we're seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our service team. This role is hands-on and requires someone with strong leadership, organizational skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a skilled workshop team
  • Oversee scheduling, quoting and job allocation
  • Manage parts and workshop operations
  • Manage workshop profitability and ensure KPIs are met
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S standards
  • Deliver excellent service to our valued clients

What You Bring

  • Trade-qualified mechanic background
  • Strong computer and reporting skills
  • Proven workshop management or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
