Agile Team Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Facilitator to join our team. As a facilitator, you will play a key role in enabling agile teams and driving customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve and support the Product Owner and Development Team in delivering customer value.
  • Lead by example, personifying Scrum and Agile values in team environments.
  • Coach teams and the organisation on Agile/Scrum frameworks and help mature agile practices.
  • Enable self-organisation within teams and guide them to fill gaps in Scrum implementation.
  • Assess and evolve Scrum Maturity across teams at a sustainable pace.
  • Actively remove impediments or coordinate with the right personnel to eliminate them.
  • Foster a safe, trusting environment where issues can be raised without fear.
  • Facilitate team processes, including planning, discussions, conflict resolution, and delivery tracking.
  • Improve internal and external communication to ensure transparency and shared understanding.
  • Support the Product Owner in product backlog grooming, prioritisation, and clarity.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
  • Skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.
  • Ability to coach team members in Agile frameworks and help evolve Agile maturity.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in large-scale Agile environments and distributed teams.
  • Background in Software Development or Project Delivery.
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tracking platforms.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile project management or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Scrum Master certifications and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
