We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in Brisbane, AU as a Customer Experience Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior service and support to clients and tenants
  • Manage relationships and respond to daily enquiries
  • Assist with setup and delivery of site activations and ensure contractors and suppliers adhere to processes and policies
  • Keep tenants up to date with promotions and activations
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and events
  • Prepare marketing collateral and review action items as directed by the Portfolio Manager and Marketing Manager
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deliver high levels of service and performance to various stakeholders
  • A 'can do' attitude, enthusiasm, energy and ability to work in a multi-task environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal confidently with clients and tenants
  • Digital literacy and ability to use and quickly learn digital tools and software
