Job Summary

We are seeking a coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote luxury automotive brands.

The ideal candidate will have strong service skills, experience in marketing and management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with composure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to our showroom, delivering a seamless and memorable brand experience.
  • Maintain an immaculate front-of-house environment that reflects the Aston Martin brand standards.
  • Manage social media accounts for both Aston Martin and McLaren.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across both brands.
  • Monitor digital engagement and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events for both Aston Martin and McLaren.
Requirements:
  • Professional service standards.
  • Strong customer service and/or front-of-house experience.
  • Marketing and management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
