Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Agronomy Account Manager. As an agronomy account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on crop production, and driving sales performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about agriculture and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role and possess excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on crop production, including soil testing and nutrient management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits.
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff to drive sales performance and meet targets.
  • Engage with farmers to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve crop yields.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of crop production and agronomy practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
