Job Title: Senior Design Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Project Lead to oversee the design management process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing Safety in Design risks and transferring them from designers to the construction team;
  • Coordinating consultant scopes, engagement, and cost planning;
  • Leading consultant team meetings and maintaining agendas and minutes;
  • Identifying and implementing value engineering initiatives;
  • Overseeing the construction documentation and shop drawing process;
  • Verifying documentation for compliance with building regulations and client requirements;

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Design Manager for a builder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design management and oversight;
  • Project coordination and delivery;
  • Consultant engagement and management;
  • Value engineering and cost optimization;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Design Manager for a builder;
  • Expertise in functional briefs, consultant scopes, and engagements;
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and ACONEX;
