Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Freedom Careers. As the primary point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing dedicated customer service and support throughout the entire member journey, from pre-sales to post-settlement.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to all member inquiries regarding Contract Management, Settlement, and Construction phases.
- Settlement Status Reports: Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly settlement status reports.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with Vendors, Agents, Solicitors, Financial Planners, Brokers, Buyers, and Internal Staff about the status of Contracts, Settlement, and Construction Progress.
- Contract Interpretation: Interpret and explain fundamental contract terms & conditions.
- Document Preparation: Prepare pitch materials, handover booklets, and manuals for document preparation.
- Member Support: Assist members with defect inspections, depreciation schedules, and property leasing.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and business support to internal staff such as Agent, Sales Support, Mortgage Planners, and Acquisition teams.
- Project Updates: Hold regular meetings with developers/agents to update them on the status of a project's settlement.
- Process Improvement: Assist the team in developing strategies for positive Member engagement, programs for new Member onboarding, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights for process improvements.
- A tertiary degree
- Experience in a customer service position under the real estate industry
- Willingness to work outside of normal weekday 9 - 5 hours when necessary for customer services
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer operation and familiar with Adobe, DocuSign, and HubSpot
- Attention to detail and result-oriented
- Team player in a fast-paced environment
