Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Receptionist to join our team.

This role requires strong teamwork skills to deliver exceptional services and treatments. Prior spa experience is favourable, and computer skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling services for individuals and large groups, confirming appointments, checking in guests, promoting and selling spa/salon services, processing guest payments, and providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for a person with a background in customer service who is guest centric, a team player, and has a positive attitude. Previous experience as a spa receptionist is also an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
  • Call guests to confirm scheduled services and answer questions about available services.
  • Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day, inform providers of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with supervisor/manager.
  • Check in guests for appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
  • Promote and sell spa/salon services.
  • Process guest payments for spa/salon services and obtain payment authorization as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent personal presentation standards and professional phone etiquette.
  • Guest centric, a team player, and having a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience as a spa receptionist.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm personality.
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook.
  • Retail sales skills an advantage.
