Spa Frontline Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Spa receptionist to provide exceptional service experiences for our guests on a casual basis.

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and promote our spa services to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for individuals and groups using our reservations system and confirm guest details by phone.
  • Update the day's schedule and inform therapists of any changes or cancellations as required.
  • Provide a warm welcome and orientation to guests upon arrival, confirming their appointment details and ensuring they feel at ease.
  • Promote and sell spa services to guests, both in-person and over the phone, using effective sales techniques.
  • Process payments for spa services and obtain payment authorization as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Weekend availability is essential for this role.
