Job Title

Servicing spa guests is at the forefront of this role, requiring exceptional presentation standards, polished communication skills, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a front-line customer service representative, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and exhibit a positive attitude towards teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential for success in this position.

This role involves scheduling appointments for individuals and groups using our integrated reservations system, confirming bookings with clients, and updating our daily schedule accordingly.

In addition to administrative tasks, the Spa Receptionist will be responsible for checking in guests for their appointments, providing a warm welcome and orientation, promoting and selling our spa services, and processing payments for these services.

To excel in this role, one must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
