Job Title: Spa Services Coordinator
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting our spa services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage spa service schedules using our reservations system.
- Confirm appointments with guests, address their inquiries about available services, and provide general spa orientation upon arrival.
- Process guest payments for spa services and obtain payment authorization as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent personal presentation standards, strong communication skills, and professional phone etiquette.
- Guest-centric approach, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a spa receptionist, with strong communication skills and a warm personality.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
