Job Title

As a Transformation Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Queensland Resources sector's transformation, adapting to new demands, rapid changes, and shifting community expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective transformation methodologies incorporating strategy development, impact management, and targeted stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • IDentify, plan, document, and deliver comprehensive transformation programs across the department, including assessments, engagement plans, communications, and business readiness evaluations.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and project teams as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with large-scale transformational ICT implementations or organisational change programs.
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, networking, consultation, facilitation, influence, and communication.
  • Experience and understanding of transformation management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Able to lead, strengthen, and mobilise transformation capability within teams.
