Job Title: Event Logistics CoordinatorJob Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate event logistics for our national events, including venues, suppliers, staffing, run sheets, and pack down.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Open Days, Info Nights, Webinars, Orientation, and Welcome Weeks, as well as providing administrative and operational support for national graduation ceremonies.

  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics
  • Support event delivery
  • Provide administrative support
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors
  • Capture event attendance and feedback
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinate venue setup and teardown
  • Ensure seamless event delivery
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience coordinating events in a multi-campus environment
  • Experience supporting large-scale events
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
