Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatch, warehousing, or logistics operations, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare mail, print, and digital products for dispatch
  • Organize schedules, manage courier pickups, and maintain delivery timelines
  • Track stock, update records, and maintain accuracy across systems
  • Check and verify outgoing products meet quality standards
  • Use dispatch tools, scanners, and software to record and monitor orders

Requirements:

  • Experience in dispatch, warehousing, or logistics operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members, drivers, and customers
  • Understanding of WHS requirements and ability to maintain a safe work environment
