Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business delivery for the School within the Faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sound strategic advice to support the delivery of a broad range of services, including budget management, infrastructure development, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Work collaboratively with administrative teams, Director of Faculty Operations, and functional managers to achieve operational goals.
  • Identify and implement strategic initiatives that advance the positioning of the School and Faculty.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic advice and managing budgets.
  • Strong understanding of current management practices and principles of human resources, financial reporting, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence cultural change and manage change processes.
