We are seeking an exceptional Chief Medical Officer to join Central Adelaide Local Health Network, leading our Medical Services and Clinical Governance division. As a key member of our executive team, you will drive strategic clinical leadership, governance, and innovation across the network.
About the Role- Develop and implement cutting-edge clinical governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with CALHN's vision and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care, prevent adverse outcomes, and establish new benchmarks in clinical standards.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic frameworks, safety systems, and compliance processes to ensure continuous improvement in quality management, risk reduction, and patient safety.
About You- Bring your expertise in medical leadership, governance, and strategic planning to shape the future of healthcare in Adelaide.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, a proven track record of driving transformational change, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Maintain a deep understanding of public health system operations, particularly in acute and primary health care across the continuum of care.
- Salary: $365,798 - $432,994 per annum (dependent on experience)
