Job Overview

The Allied and Scientific Health Office Business Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing programs, projects, and services that deliver state-wide support to Allied Health professionals. This role is responsible for planning and delivering administrative programs and services that foster clinician engagement, advocacy, professional leadership, and system advisory functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Allied Health Professionals Professional Reimbursement Development Program and Team in consultation with the Allied and Scientific Health Office team.
  • Deliver high-level support and services for the Chief Allied and Scientific Health Officer, including monitoring monthly financial reports and evaluating budget performance.
  • Manage and review ASHO records management and human resource functions.
  • Lead complex process improvement and change management related projects.
  • Undertake complex research and analysis processes to inform evidence-based decision making.

This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations and a proven ability to lead and manage teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary

$108,109 - $116,864 per annum (ASO7), depending on experience and qualifications.
