About the Role

As a Review Officer in our Assurance Planning Team, you will be accountable for undertaking moderately complex work that delivers quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and assessing key planning decisions in accordance with the Agency Act and Rules
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making
  • High-quality record keeping, including competency with IT systems, adhering to process guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Researching and reviewing decisions with regard to routine cases and managing moderately complex cases with the assistance of staff at higher classification levels
  • Organizing the team's email inbox, scheduling appointments, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
