About the Team:

The team's objective is to assist businesses of all sizes in discovering new opportunities and connecting with their target audience. We combine operational expertise, sales acumen, and a customer-centric approach to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated business development support to clients by consulting and coaching them towards success on TikTok.
  • Work closely with small and medium-sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify scalable solutions.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client performance including consulting on scale-up, providing creative tips and best practices, and offering recommendations on budgeting and targeting.
  • Manage clients at scale by monitoring performance through tools and maintaining timely communication.
  • Identify and remove obstacles hindering client growth.
  • Gather insights from client interactions and effectively represent client needs to internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to gather feedback from the market and amplify the current and future ad platform.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, media sales, or online advertising with direct client management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SME sector.
  • Proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
