With an established presence in Newcastle and a rapidly growing client base, we are now launching our Sydney office as the next phase of our national expansion.
Backed by strategic industry partnerships (including Optus) and a forward-thinking leadership team, we are building an agile, AI-enabled, high-performance IT sales operation targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales / Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy, build and scale a winning sales team, and drive revenue growth in the Sydney market.
This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of a new division with full leadership autonomy.
You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, leading enterprise client acquisition, managing sales forecasting, and integrating automation tools to scale our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership – Build, coach, and lead a high-performance B2 B sales team.
Go-to-Market Strategy – Shape and execute Sydney's growth plan, targeting the right industry verticals.
Client Acquisition – Drive enterprise-level deals and strategic partnerships.
Pipeline & Forecasting – Manage, track, and report on funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales KPIs.
Revenue Growth – Deliver predictable recurring revenue across Managed IT Services and Telecommunications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure client success.
AI & Automation Integration – Leverage CRM, sales automation platforms, and AI tools to optimise sales processes.
What You Bring 7+ years' experience in B2 B solution selling (IT, MSP, Saa S, or Telecommunications preferred).
Proven leadership experience – built or led a sales team, or ready to step up from a Senior BDM/State Manager role.
Strong strategic and deal-closing abilities, particularly in mid-market and enterprise segments.
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation, and AI tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in a high-growth, agile environment.
Excellent commercial acumen, presentation skills, and negotiation ability.
