Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Check-In Crew member. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Check-In Crew member, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a smile, processing and checking travel documents, assigning seats on the aircraft, preparing and issuing boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers, gate boarding, patient marshalling, and disruption management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for all passengers
  • Process and check travel documents, including passports and visas
  • Assign seats on the aircraft and prepare boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during the check-in process
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless passenger experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess impeccable grooming and deportment, high proficiency in spoken and written English, proficient computer skills, and pass drug, alcohol, and audio tests.
