As a key contributor, you will focus on acquiring and securing investment properties, ensuring timely settlement processes, and providing end-to-end administrative support to maintain efficient systems and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Source and evaluate investment properties aligned with client objectives, conducting thorough due diligence to ensure informed decision-making.
- Negotiate with agents, solicitors, brokers, property managers, and other industry professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate all settlement milestones, including appraisals, inspections, insurance, depreciation, and tenancy campaigns.
- Foster proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and developments at every stage.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM to facilitate streamlined operations.
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly to prevent delays and ensure client satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in real estate, accompanied by a Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain it shortly.
- Preferably owning property themselves, as we value team members who embody our core principles.
- Ambitious, energetic, and goal-oriented, with a genuine desire to build a lasting career in property acquisition.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Professional presentation, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
