About this opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the chance to play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while growing your career in a supportive environment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, analysing and securing investment properties for clients across the country. You will also coordinate the settlement process once a property is secured, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients feel informed and supported at every step.

As a Property Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with other professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible service. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and providing proactive, clear and timely communication throughout the client journey.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to maintain accurate records and update our CRM system.

Key responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and evaluation of investment properties: Conduct thorough due diligence to identify suitable properties that meet client goals and objectives.
  • Liaising with professionals: Build relationships with agents, solicitors, brokers, property managers and other professionals to facilitate a seamless transaction process.
  • Settlement coordination: Coordinate all settlement milestones including appraisals, inspections, insurance and tenancy campaigns.
  • Client communication: Provide proactive, clear and timely communication to keep clients informed and supported throughout the transaction process.
  • Record keeping and CRM management: Maintain accurate records and update our CRM system to ensure efficient workflow and data management.
