We are seeking a seasoned acquisitions expert to spearhead our land acquisition efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying off-market sites, negotiating with vendors, and managing due diligence processes.

Additionally, they will assist with initial design, planning, and approval stages as needed, leveraging their market knowledge and strong relationships to secure deals.

A proactive, commercial approach to negotiation is essential, focusing on direct owner engagement to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new land projects through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet project milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in land acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful deal-making and negotiation.
  • Strong market knowledge and relationships within the SEQ region.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
