Dedicated Family Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to provide quality care and support to children and young people in a family setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the needs of children/young people and their families, responding to their requirements and facilitating support contact as agreed in the care plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the needs of children/young people and their families
- Respond to their requirements and facilitate support contact
- Ensure the protection of children and their welfare
- Collaborate with other team members to provide quality care
Requirements:
- Recognised professional qualification in Social Work or related field
- Experience working in child and family social work
- Knowledge of Child Protection Legislation and Government initiatives across Victoria
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
