Job Description:

As a dedicated IT Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations.

This position requires an individual with 1-3 years of work experience in IT support, possessing expertise in troubleshooting, Active Directory management, Windows Server environments, Office 365 Administration, network configuration, remote desktop support, and ITIL Framework.

The ideal candidate will provide frontline IT support to internal and external stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing user accounts and profiles within Active Directory, configuring and maintaining Windows servers, administering Office 365 applications, assisting in the installation and configuration of networking hardware and software systems, delivering remote desktop support, and utilizing ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and manage all support queries and service requests effectively.

You will be based in Melbourne, Australia, working as part of a team at EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance service delivery and manage workflows efficiently.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues
  • Experience with Active Directory for managing and maintaining user accounts and permissions
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments for managing network resources
  • Skilled in Office 365 Administration to configure, manage, and support Office 365 services
  • Capability in network configuration to set up, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices
  • Experience with remote desktop support to assist users with IT-related queries and issues
  • Familiarity with the ITIL Framework for effective IT service management and delivery processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
