Pharmacy Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role supporting patients at the Monash IVF clinic in Clayton.

You will be a vital part of our on-site pharmacy service, working closely with fertility specialists and allied health professionals to help patients achieve their goals.

This position offers incredible work-life balance, working shifts between Monday and Friday, from 9:30am to 2:30pm.

You will receive comprehensive training and support from our broader pharmacy network, giving you the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in people's lives.

  • Dispense medications to Monash IVF patients
  • Manage pharmacy stock effectively
  • Support patients, nurses, and associated employees
  • Coordinate PBS claims efficiently

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience dispensing medication in an Australian or New Zealand pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • High attention to detail, particularly when handling prescriptions and patient records
  • Clear and professional communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
