Lease Management Specialist

As a detail-oriented and organized individual, you will play a key role in supporting our team in managing a national portfolio of properties.

  • Process rent and outgoing invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Update lease records and critical dates in the lease management system.
  • Monitor budget allocations and perform audits to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with landlords and internal teams to resolve lease-related matters.
  • Collaborate with accounts payable to ensure correct coding and payment of expenses.
  • Support process improvements and maintain accurate data.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with 2+ years of leasing or property administration background, preferably in multi-site environments. Key qualifications include:

  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in lease payments and data.
  • Confidence working with lease management software.
  • Proactive approach, flagging issues early and following up as needed.
  • Effective communicator who can manage external relationships and collaborate internally.
  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
