As a seasoned property management professional, we seek an accomplished Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional self-motivation and organisational skills, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate data and achieving targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Reviewing and preparing online advertising campaigns to maximise enquiries from target markets
  2. Maintaining an on-site inspection schedule that optimises apartment viewings
  3. Hosting property inspections to educate potential residents about the benefits of Smith Collective, Australia's first large-scale Build To Rent development
  4. Liaising with on-site Property Managers to ensure seamless handovers for new residents
  5. Maintaining leasing reporting systems

The successful candidate will be a positive and welcoming individual who enjoys helping people find their new home.

A high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small core team are essential.

Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel are required, as well as experience with property management databases.

A current Queensland Property Managers Certificate is mandatory.
