Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a key role in our organization, requiring an experienced quality assurance professional to lead the development and implementation of quality management systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, with expertise in testing methodologies, defect prevention, and process improvement. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality policies, procedures, and standards across the organization, as well as providing guidance and training to staff on quality-related matters.

  • Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the development of quality policies, procedures, and standards, aligned with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on quality-related matters, including testing methodologies, defect prevention, and process improvement.
  • Maintain and improve existing quality processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of business operations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles, including testing methodologies, defect prevention, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
