The Role

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our People & Culture team in a Part-Time capacity with hybrid working options.

This pivotal position will play a key role in shaping Gransolar's payroll operations during this implementation project and further into the future for the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage four payrolls (fortnightly and monthly), encompassing 250 employees across three businesses and multiple states.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure payroll operations align with company policies, auditing procedures, and legislation.
  • Manage ATO and superannuation payments with full compliance.
  • Handle end-of-month payroll reporting and ad-hoc reporting as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience.
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A high attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
