As a coordinator for commercial assessing, you will play a critical role in delivering operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About The Job
  • You will coordinate assessments and towing services, manage claim costs, and support customers with a focus on delivering a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
  • Assessing & Towing Coordination: Support the assessment process, allocate tasks based on complexity, customer needs, location, and expertise, and oversee towing operations.
  • Claims Cost Management: Ensure accurate reserving and cost-effective fulfilment methods, negotiate settlements, and identify potential recoveries and salvage opportunities.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management: Manage customer calls, keep stakeholders informed of claim progress, prepare correspondence, and maintain a proactive approach.
  • Claims Management: Gather information, make decisions, create action plans, select service providers, and record accurate claim information.
