Assessment Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assessment Coordinator to join our Motor Claims team in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure claims are correctly routed for evaluation.
  • Support with assessment and towing related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers and providers.
  • Evaluate claims progression from lodgement through to assessment and repair, interacting with customers along the way.
  • Coordinate post-assessment and repair activities for customers.

Requirements:

  • Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience.
  • Capacity to utilize customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance.
  • Familiarity with Claim Centre and MS Office Suite.
