Lead Service Engineer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of service engineers, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee team performance, recruitment, and development, helping each team member grow and succeed.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery on client sites and in our facilities, aligned with OEM standards.
  • Manage expenses and approvals to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure maximum value from our services.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns, breakdown responses, and improvement projects.
  • Investigate equipment issues and support technical problem-solving and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and reliability improvements.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership or service engineering role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in resources or bulk materials handling.
  • A commitment to safety and familiarity with mining industry standards.
  • The ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings with confidence.
