Our team is seeking a skilled clinician to join our multidisciplinary CYMHS service providing specialist mental health interventions to young people and families.

Job Summary

The CYMHS Headspace Youth Health Initiative is a new service delivering enhanced care for young people aged 12-24 presenting to headspace Chatswood and Brookvale services with moderate to severe mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical consultancy, effective communication, and partnership development with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver strengths-based, trauma-informed practices, recovery-focused care, and consumer participation.
  • Work collaboratively with headspace to provide assessment, evidence-based interventions, and care planning with young people and their support networks.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience as per clinical discipline and current AHPRA registration.
  • Social Work/Occupational Therapy requires experience as a level 2 clinician. Clinical Nurse Consultant will have at least 5 years post-registration experience. Clinical Psychologist will have a postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology from an APAC accredited University.
