This People and Culture Business Partner role is ideal for a professional looking to join a fast-paced and high-growth organisation. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with the business to develop and implement initiatives that drive retention, productivity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support to develop and implement initiatives to manage employee retention, productivity, and performance
  • Support annual performance cycles, remuneration, and benefits review
  • Coach and support venue managers on performance planning and professional development, as well as other HR matters
  • Offer advice and support to the business on organisational design, succession planning, and P&C initiatives
  • Conduct investigations and reports in line with company grievance policies and procedures

Requirements

We're seeking an experienced People and Culture professional with excellent relationship skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to show initiative in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within high-volume environments, particularly in retail, hospitality, or entertainment, is highly valued.
