We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team and drive impactful HR solutions, champion a positive workplace culture, and support team members to reach their full potential.

">About the Role

The Business Partner will partner closely with Field Management Teams to deliver business results through innovative HR initiatives, recognition programs, wellbeing strategies, and development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coach and support Field Management to drive engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Lead strategic projects that enhance the employee lifecycle, improve employee experience, and increase productivity.
  • Provide expert advice on employment relations, performance management, grievances, and policy matters.
  • Use HR data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven HR generalist experience, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, awards, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to manage competing priorities with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
