About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, aligning HR programs to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR Business Partnering, with expertise in change management, HR analytics, and employee relations. Proven experience in managing investigations and disciplinary measures, working in multicultural environments, and navigating local legislation will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Develop and maintain close relationships with senior leaders, understanding their needs and priorities to inform HR strategies.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to boost employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • HR Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive HR plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes to drive individual and team performance.
  • Learning and Development: Identify learning needs and design solutions to upskill employees, supporting their career growth and development.
  • Change Management: Facilitate organizational change, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximizing employee adoption.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in ICT or Professional Services organizations.
  • Strong HR analytical skills, with experience in managing HR metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a proactive attitude.
