Key responsibilities include:

  • Building Retention Strategies: Develop programs that address employee motivations and identify high-potential talent for career development.

  • Process Improvement: Streamline processes, improve compliance, and develop policies that align with best practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and create opportunities for feedback and collaboration.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on change and growth.
  • Related tertiary qualification.
  • Experience in HR function, preferably in chain/franchise management.
  • Effective people management skills and advanced stakeholder management experience.
