Business Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to lead our Environmental Services business in Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence through the development and implementation of strategic plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and experience in environmental services. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing business strategies, leading project delivery, and inspiring and guiding teams to achieve exceptional results. You will also be responsible for fostering collaboration across departments and driving quality and timely delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Ecology, Environmental Science / Engineering or a related technical degree.
  • At least 15 years of senior-level experience in environmental services.
  • Proven leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and significant project delivery experience.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
