Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 3 for UH Cleveland Medical Center located in Cleveland, OH.
This position operates on a 3rd shift, 7:00 pm - 5:00 am.
Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services / Housekeeping teams manage housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions.
These teams are responsible for driving client satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective communication with hospital staff, ensuring a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
What You'll Do
Drive client and patient satisfaction scores
Provide a clean and safe environment, working closely with the Infectious Control department
Collaborate with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
Manage the Unit Operating System and support a diverse and inclusive workforce

What You Bring
Leadership and team management experience
Experience in healthcare customer service or guest satisfaction (preferred)
Strong leadership, independent work skills, and project management ability
Data analysis, communication, and committee participation skills
Knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures
Experience in patient satisfaction improvement and compliance with standards
Scheduling flexibility for afternoon shifts

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience: 3+ years
Functional Experience: 3+ years in Housekeeping, Environmental, or Custodial Services
