Job Title: Labour Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Labour Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of crane crew deployments across Sydney and the wider NSW area.

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and providing excellent support to project success across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine operational needs by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate personnel scheduling for sites/projects across NSW
  • Mobilize recruitment and onboarding processes for Crane Crew members
  • Contribute to sales development efforts
  • Lead and direct on-site team members effectively
  • Regularly conduct site visits to monitor progress
  • Coach employees in adherence to HSE standards
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to identify potential future projects and opportunities

About You:

  • You possess exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A background in mobilization or labour scheduling is desired
  • You thrive in people-orientated roles and have strong interpersonal skills
  • You have knowledge and experience working in the construction industry
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • You can adapt well to changing work environments
