Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with construction managers and project managers to drive project success

  • Provide technical support to subcontractors and staff, facilitating open communication with clients
  • Support project managers in scope definition, quoting, and delivering new works
  • Promote business growth by collaborating with senior management to improve net profits and market sustainability
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and employees
Requirements:
  • Trade Qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Commercial HVAC installation
  • Current Arctick Licence
  • Restricted Electrical
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders, with proven expertise in client relationship building and conflict resolution
  • An analytical mindset, with advanced technical capabilities and contract administration expertise within the HVAC industry
