Global Client Service Manager

Deliver exceptional client service by understanding client challenges and leveraging capabilities to address these. Drive new business opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.

This is a key role for global account strategy, rigorous account planning and relationship development across clients. The position requires 12 months' fixed term contract that can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney. Flexible work arrangements with reduced hours are possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and drive account plans through regular performance discussions.
  • Initiate, build and sustain senior-level client relationships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on pipeline execution, revenue plan and negotiation strategies.

Required skills include:

  • Ability to drive transformational performance and build high-impact c-suite relationships.
  • Strong focus on commercial outcomes that align with clients' interests.
  • Knowledge of sales tools, methodologies and go-to-market models including social media.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in client management and influencing skills, solid understanding of the marketplace and competitive information. Flexibility with work hours and ability to travel may be required.
